Coco Model Management, a Toronto-based company, is working hard to combat trends in the modern modeling world. The company's mission is to represent "real" people for commercial work. As commercial companies begin to recognize a change in the modern market, the modeling world will no longer be able to rely on rail-thin models.
A question often posed to bands and their members usually revolves around where and how they got started; for Opus Road it started right here at Brock University. Back in 2002, a pair (Jeff Mahoney and J.P. Nadeau) of the now five-piece band, met in residence and began playing for friends before nights out on the town, in coffee houses and various talent shows.

Live Review LIGHTS go dim At the beginning of the night on Nov. 26, you could tell that many people involved with the show at the Casbah were unhappy with LIGHTS' management. Having her go on second at her own show because "all the kids wanna go home early", and dropping a supporting Hamilton band weren't exactly professional moves.
The halls of Brock were unusually busy for a Friday evening, on Nov. 28, despite that classes ended at 5 p.m. From 6 p.m. until midnight, Brock's Department of Visual Arts students transformed three main areas of the Brock campus - the halls of Thistle, the Learning Commons and two floors of the MacKenzie Chown Complex.
