As you may have read, the Brock University administration, in league with the city of St. Catharines, is looking to expand the code of conduct to affect students off-campus as well as those on. Currently, if you break the code of conduct on campus you are penalized or punished as seen fit by the university in addition to any charges laid by the Niagara Regional Police if required.
With all of the debate over faith-based schooling in this provincial election, it has become abundantly clear that we are not taking control over our political representatives; they are controlling us.
