Chris Dart's Top-10 Albums of 2004 Don't get it twisted, I listen to everything, but only really feel like I know anything about hip hop. With that in mind, here are my Top 10 albums of 2004. 1 K-Os Joyful Rebellion A genre-crossing multi-instrumentalist who rhymes like vintage Q-Tip, sings like Marvin Gaye and helped return credibility to conscious hip hop.
