According to a release by the Niagara Regional Police, they entered into an investigation in October 2018, regarding a sexual assault allegation that took place on Brock University campus.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested 20-year-old Tamaratekena Odibo-Satu. On January 11, Odibo-Satu was arrested by Niagara Police and charged with one count of sexual assault. Odibo-Satu was released on bail on Jan. 12.
The Niagara Regional Police Service encourages any victim of sexual assault to reach out for assistance by either reporting the incident to police or calling the Niagara Sexual Assault Centre at 905-682-4584 for support.
