A sweet and salty treat

Now that you’re back at Brock dealing with the bitter cold, we should try something salty and sweet! These peanut butter balls are kind of like a Reese’s peanut butter cup — but way more filling with hardly any effort. I guarantee you’ll love it! Tried it? Tweet us your pics @TheBrockPress

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Prep Time :10 minutes | Cook Time : 1 hour

3⁄4cup peanut butter, smooth

1⁄4cup margarine, softened

1⁄2teaspoon vanilla

1 1⁄2cups powdered sugar

8ounces chocolate chips

You’ll want to use your hands for this step. Grab a fairly large bowl and blend the peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and sugar, into a dough.

Shape the dough into half-inch balls and place them on a tray lined with wax paper and freeze for at least one hour.

Melt chocolate in the microwave.

Insert a toothpick into each peanut butter ball and dip ball into melted chocolate.

Return to wax paper and refreeze.
